Soft Tissue Release 


This unit covers over 20 soft tissue release (STR) techniques. Students are taught how to use different patient position to achieve the best results possible.

 Precompetition massage and stretching


This unit covers warm up massage and stretching techniques used prior to athletic performance 

 

Entry Requirements
You must be qualified at Level 3 (or equivalent) in soft tissue massage, physically able to do the work, have good communication skills and be at least 18 years old

£300 - includes two day workshop, all course notes, book, videos and e-certificate

Online Only Courses

£30 - (if taken separately) includes course notes, technique videos and e- certificate
